Book a shuttle or can-am boost
Get more time on the trails with a Shuttle or Can-am boost. Catch a van shuttle to Jack’s Spot to ride the Lower Mountain trails, or hop in a Can-Am shuttle for a boost to the summit at Falcon’s Nest.

Refuel at Velo Cafe
Our on-site cafe, Velo Café & Beer Garden serves delicious eats, Common Ground coffee and locally crafted beers and beverages. Located at Base 334, Velo Café offers an awesome space where our biking family can hang out, tell tall tales, and share a beer or coffee after a hard day’s riding.

What happens if the park is closed on my pass day?
Our passes aren’t locked to a specific date (unless stated otherwise), so if the park is closed due to weather, trail conditions or safety reasons, you can simply hold onto your pass and use it another day within the season. Check our Park Status page or Instagram stories before you visit to make sure we’re open.
Is there a pass for e-bikes?
All passes at Bike Glendhu are valid for e-bikes and analog bikes alike. No special ticket is required for riding an e-bike.
Do I need to book my pass in advance?
Not always – you can grab a day pass or season pass when you arrive at Base 334. But if you’re after one of our pass + rental packages, those are online only and do need to be booked in advance.
Can I upgrade my day pass to a season pass?
Yes! With our “Try Before You Buy” option, you can upgrade your day pass to a full season pass—just pay the difference. Visit the crew at Base 334 on the same day to upgrade and make the most of your season.
Are there discounted passes for locals or kids?
Yes! Bike Glendhu offers youth (13–17) and child (6–12) pricing on all passes, as well as family passes for easier budgeting. Kids under 5 ride free.
When does the Bike Glendhu season start and end?
The park typically opens in mid-to-late October and runs until early June, making it the longest mountain biking season in the Southern Alps. Exact opening and closing dates may vary due to weather conditions.
What are the benefits of a Bike Glendhu season pass?
A Bike Glendhu season pass gives you unlimited riding all season long, exclusive offers at Base 334 including 50% off buddy passes, 10% off Velo Cafe & Beer Garden, 10% off retail and 10% off van shuttles.. It’s the best value for frequent riders and local legends alike.
Can I buy a multi-day pass at Bike Glendhu?
Yes! Multi-day passes are perfect for riders staying in Wānaka for a biking holiday. Choose a 3-day or 5-day and ride on consecutive or non-consecutive days within the season.
How much is a day pass at Bike Glendhu?
A standard adult day pass starts from $40, with youth, child, and family pricing available. You can purchase passes online for the best price or at Base 334 on arrival.
