Here’s what our riders say

"This is an amazing place to go mountain biking. The trails are well kept and well marked. We rented bikes and it was an easy and smooth process. The staff were all awesome and super helpful. Plus the bar at the base is full of great local beers and healthy tasty food to refuel after riding."

Questions about passes? Explore our FAQS

What happens if the park is closed on my pass day?

Our passes aren’t locked to a specific date (unless stated otherwise), so if the park is closed due to weather, trail conditions or safety reasons, you can simply hold onto your pass and use it another day within the season. Check our Park Status page or Instagram stories before you visit to make sure we’re open.

Is there a pass for e-bikes?

All passes at Bike Glendhu are valid for e-bikes and analog bikes alike. No special ticket is required for riding an e-bike.

Do I need to book my pass in advance?

Not always – you can grab a day pass or season pass when you arrive at Base 334. But if you’re after one of our pass + rental packages, those are online only and do need to be booked in advance.

Can I upgrade my day pass to a season pass?

Yes! With our “Try Before You Buy” option, you can upgrade your day pass to a full season pass—just pay the difference. Visit the crew at Base 334 on the same day to upgrade and make the most of your season.

Yes! Bike Glendhu offers youth (13–17) and child (6–12) pricing on all passes, as well as family passes for easier budgeting. Kids under 5 ride free.

When does the Bike Glendhu season start and end?

The park typically opens in mid-to-late October and runs until early June, making it the longest mountain biking season in the Southern Alps. Exact opening and closing dates may vary due to weather conditions.
